For Eva Case and Eva Tool Carry Bag Customization:
Step 1: Confirm Cost and PI,PO;

After all sample order/bulk order cost we had come to an agreement ,Please double Confirm the Proforma invoice of sample and massproduction(Bulk order) .

Proforma invoice will follow your Purchase order demand.

Step 2: Confirm sample;

1)If you get ready sample available in hand,We can arrange Fedex/DHL do the pickup from your office to our manufacturer.

This way we can produce the full details of bulk order same as your sample.

2)If you don't get ready sample available in hand,Please Prepare the sample design file and Logo design file in AI or PDF format,

We will mold the sample based on your design,start to produce the bulk order after you received and confirm the sample

Step 3:Place Order;

We will proceed the massproduction order/bulk order same as the confirmed sample after doposit received

For Regular Order,We Charge Deposit 35%,Balance 65% Before shipment
For Special Order,The Deposit is 40%-45% percent,if the material and accessories are special

Step 4:Order Finished;

After we finished massproduction,will update you Packing List,and pre-shipment inspection

If your company had sent someone to do the inspection on goods,we will only update Packing List only.

Then balance before ship out.

Step 5:Shipment

We can help with your bulk order shipment,Or help to get the shipment quotation from our cooperated forwarder to let you compare with your side forwarde'cost.

The cost is very competitive to place the shipment order with our cooperated shipment company.

We will help with pack in good condition,normally with Non fumigation wooden pallet,Heat shrinkable film,Hold tight pp belt etc.

1)Sponge Padding foam/Tray.（can be sperated or stick with glue to the edge）

2)EVA Padding foam/Tray.（can be sperated or sew with glue to the edge）

5.Confirm the objects to fit in tray

1)Regularly you can ship one set of your objects to us,after we finish the sample,will ship back the objects with the sample together to you

2)If you don't have objects in hand,you can prepare 3D file for us,do the 3D printing Objects,for example:

For Delivery time: Sample Making 5-7 days if from ready mold,7-10 days if molding size and inner tray; Bulk Order Producing 22-25 days
